With our extraordinary capacity for awareness, responsibility and self-healing, I believe that the saying 'you are your own best teacher' holds a lot of truth for us, particularly in times of challenge. Likewise, I also recognise that welcoming support and information/ advice from others can offer feelings of liberation, clarity, relatedness and comfort which can sometimes be exactly what we need to nudge us in the right way.
